What happens after you purchase.
Cannon Automation Works uses a controlled handoff from payment to delivery so the service begins with the right scope, access, information, and human accountability.
Payment and order confirmation
WooCommerce records the order and the configured payment provider confirms payment status. Keep your order number for all service correspondence.
CAW intake
Cannon Automation Works uses the billing email address from the order to begin onboarding. We confirm the purchased service, target workflow, required source material, operating constraints, and the appropriate delivery path.
Scope and access validation
Before work starts, CAW confirms the minimum information and access required. Material changes in scope, systems, permissions, pricing, or contractual terms require explicit client approval.
Delivery and evidence
The purchased service is delivered according to its defined scope. CAW maintains the applicable operating record, delivery evidence, and closure status. Where a follow-on service is appropriate, it is offered separately rather than assumed.
