Understanding the trials and tribulations that our service members have endured over their careers. We understand that when a person leaves the military families are not always prepared to live outside of the military. This includes being able to have a place to call home. Cannon-Lear Enterprises will contribute to not-for-profit groups that support these endeavors to include Operation Phantom Support in Killeen, Texas as well as organizations that assist Veterans to achieve the goal of homeownership.

Cannon-Lear Enterprises L.L.C is headed by Cory Cannon
Cory has over 20 years’ in Military Knowledge and Innovation Management, performance improvement, collaboration, and virtual working with his time with the United States Marine Corps the United States Army, and Army Reserves. He deployed multiple times to the Middle East and has conducted Knowledge Management activities in both a garrison and deployed environments.
Cory spent over 10 years working for the Department of Army as a Government Civilian. He was the Information Security Analyst at Center for Army Lessons Learned where he reviewed Lessons Learned from around the world and briefed Liaison Officers the importance of ensuring accurate yet operationally sensitive lessons learned reports on the appropriate systems. He was also the Knowledge Management Specialist for U. S. Army Futures Command and the Chief of Knowledge Operations for United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and the United States Forces Korea. He has also set up 6 Knowledge Management Offices in both Civilian and Military capacities.
Cory is a Certified Knowledge Manager through the International Knowledge Management Institute and has taken the Army Knowledge Management Qualification Course to receive the additional skill identifier of Knowledge Management Professional. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emporia State University a master’s degree in Political Science from Fort Hays State University and currently a Ph.D. student at Bangkok University in the area of Knowledge and Innovation Management. He published ‘Knowledge Management in a Combined/Joint Environment’
