Service Terms

These service terms establish the operating framework for engagements delivered by Cannon Automation Works, an operating unit of Cannon Enterprises LLC.

Effective September 28, 2026Cannon Enterprises LLC

These terms and principles apply to Cannon Automation Works unless a signed agreement, statement of work, order, or other controlling instrument states otherwise. Where documents conflict, the controlling client-specific agreement governs the engagement.

Scope and acceptance

Services are provided only within a written scope, order, statement of work, or other accepted engagement document. Pricing, deliverables, timing, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and any client-specific obligations are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing lawful access to the systems, data, accounts, and materials required for the agreed work. Clients are also responsible for identifying applicable internal policies and contractual, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, records-management, export-control, or industry-specific requirements that affect the engagement.

AI and automation

Services may use AI systems, agents, workflow automation, APIs, and other digital tools. Human review and escalation are retained where appropriate for material legal, financial, security, reputational, regulated, or other high-impact decisions.

Intellectual property

Client-specific deliverables and ownership terms are defined in the applicable agreement. Cannon Enterprises retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, reusable frameworks, generalized automation components, templates, know-how, and other intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.

Confidentiality and data handling

Confidential or restricted information is handled according to the applicable agreement and authorized workflow. Clients should not provide classified, export-controlled, privileged, health, financial-account, authentication, or similarly sensitive information unless the engagement expressly establishes the systems, safeguards, permissions, and handling requirements for that information.

Limitations and change control

Automations are designed and tested for an agreed operating context. Material changes to client systems, permissions, APIs, policies, data sources, third-party services, or business requirements may require revalidation, repricing, additional work, or an updated scope.
