Description
Automation Blueprint
An automation blueprint converts a validated automation opportunity into an implementation-ready design. Cannon Automation Works maps the workflow, identifies the systems and permissions involved, defines human review points, and documents how the automation should operate.
Blueprint components
- Future-state workflow and process logic
- Systems, APIs, connectors, and integration dependencies
- Required data inputs and minimum necessary permissions
- Human approval, exception, and escalation points
- Security, privacy, records, and operational considerations
- Implementation sequence, testing approach, and acceptance criteria
Why use a blueprint
A blueprint reduces implementation ambiguity. It creates a common reference for the client, technical implementers, business owners, and governance stakeholders before configuration or development begins.
Best fit
This service is appropriate when the automation opportunity is already understood but the organization needs a disciplined architecture before committing to implementation.
Price: $1,500. After payment is confirmed, Cannon Automation Works will contact the billing email address to confirm the workflow, source materials, systems, constraints, and delivery schedule. Work beyond the defined blueprint scope requires separate approval. See customer onboarding and delivery.
Client experience
After payment is confirmed, FRIDAY coordinates architecture intake, validates the workflow and design assumptions, confirms systems, data, permissions, control points, exceptions, and acceptance requirements, and manages at least one structured design checkpoint before final delivery. The result is an implementation-ready blueprint, not an open-ended consulting engagement. Implementation requires separate approval.
