Description
Automation Sprint
An automation sprint is a focused implementation engagement for one clearly defined workflow. Cannon Automation Works builds the approved automation, validates the operating logic, tests expected and exception paths, and documents the resulting solution.
Typical sprint activities
- Workflow configuration and integration
- API, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, WordPress, or related system connections as applicable
- Prompt, rule, trigger, routing, and escalation configuration
- Test cases for normal operations and defined exceptions
- Human review and override points
- Implementation documentation and handoff
Delivery approach
Each sprint is bounded by an agreed scope. Material changes in systems, permissions, data sources, or business requirements are handled through explicit change control rather than silently expanding the engagement.
Best fit
This service is intended for organizations that already know which workflow they want to automate and have approved the operating model and required access.
Starting price: $3,500. The online purchase covers the entry implementation scope. After payment is confirmed, Cannon Automation Works will validate the workflow, required access, integrations, control points, and acceptance criteria before implementation begins. Any material expansion in scope or price requires explicit client approval. See customer onboarding and delivery.
Client experience
After payment is confirmed, FRIDAY coordinates implementation readiness, final scope confirmation, access and integration checks, build milestones, internal testing, customer acceptance testing, remediation when required, production handoff, documentation, and closure. Material changes in scope, systems, permissions, data sources, pricing, or contractual terms require explicit approval before CAW proceeds.
